The topic of the practice-oriented meeting was &#8220;Problematic aspects of customs regulation&#8221;. Aspects of normative regulation of customs activity, problematic issues of customs clearance of goods and regulation, INCOTERMS rules were studied, practical examples of customs regulation on legal activity were given.
