But does it indicate the effectiveness of university education in the Sumy region? This fact was discussed by Yuriy Petrushenko, Head of the International Economic Relations Department of BiEM SSU, and Viktor Bobyrenko, Head of the expert group of the NGO &#8220;Bureau of Policy
