On February 28, 2024, at a meeting of the one-time specialized academic council<\/a> of Sumy State University, Kateryna Volodymyrivna Onoprienko<\/strong> defended her thesis for the Doctor of Philosophy degree in Knowledge 05 “Social and behavioral sciences”.<\/p>\n

The topic of the dissertation research<\/strong> is “Organizational and Economic Foundations of the Development of the Adult Education System” (supervisors: Yu.M. Petrushenko<\/a>, a Doctor of Economics, professor, professor of the Department of International Economic Relations of Sumy State University; A. Balzerzak<\/a>, a Doctor of Habilitation, professor of Warmian-Masurian University).<\/p>\n

The council’s chairman<\/strong> is Leonov S.V.<\/a>, a Doctor of Economics and a Department of Economic Cybernetics professor. Senior lecturers of the Department of International Economic Relations, PhD in Economics, Assoc. professor Shcherbachenko V.O.<\/a> and PhD in Economics Vorontsova A.S.<\/a> acted as reviewers for the dissertation.<\/p>\n

Official opponents were:<\/strong> O.V. Dlugopolskyi<\/a>, a Doctor of Economic Sciences, professor, professor of the Department of Economics and Economic Theory of the West Ukrainian National University; T.G. Zatonatska<\/a>, a Doctor of Economics, professor, professor of the Department of Economic Cybernetics of Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University.<\/p>\n

At a one-time council meeting, a decision was made to award the scientific degree of Doctor of Philosophy in speciality 051 “Economics” (field of knowledge 05 “Social and behavioral sciences”) to Onoprienko Kateryna Volodymyrivna. <\/strong><\/p>\n
