Vladyslav Dibrova, a postgraduate student of the Department of International Economic Relations of Sumy State University, completed the training of trainers of the updated specialized training “Tools of Public Administration in the Youth Sphere”<\/p>\n

Participants were selected on a competitive basis. Preference was given to trainers who:<\/p>\n

Have an understanding of the specifics of youth policy at the national, regional and local levels.
\nHave experience in conducting interactive training, in particular, experience in training youth.
\nHave experience in conducting interactive trainings on public administration, organization of government and local self-government.<\/p>\n

The goal of the ToT is to develop the capacity of trainers of the Youth Worker program to conduct an updated specialized training “Tools of Public Administration in the Youth Sphere”, as well as to develop their training skills and strengthen their capacity to implement new modern approaches based on the principle of positive youth development (PYD).<\/p>\n

The training graduates were 20 motivated participants from different regions of the country, who worked fruitfully to improve their competencies in the field of public administration tools.<\/p>\n

A postgraduate student of the Department of IEE of Sumy State University received a certificate of participation in the Training for Trainers of the Youth Worker program, which gives the right to conduct training under this program in 2024.<\/p>\n
