An informal online discussion with NATO representatives

An informal online discussion took place on 4 May, 2022 with Dr Petro Lunyak, Representative of the NATO Center for Public Diplomacy, and Vineta Kleine, Director of the NATO Information and Documentation Center in Ukraine. Students and professors of the Department of International Economic Relations took part in the event as part of practice-oriented training: the head of the department Petrushenko Yu.M., group ME.m-11an. (discipline “Risk Management in International Business”, lecturer – School V.Yu.), group P-11 (discipline “International Relations”, lecturer – Shcherbachenko V.O.), group ME-01a (discipline “International Economic Relations”) , lecturer – Khomutenko L.I.). The online meeting brought together about 100 participants. Important security issues were discussed in English. In particular, the issues of sanctions against Russia, further prospects of Ukraine-NATO cooperation, Hungary’s position on Ukraine, NATO countries’ approaches to building territorial defense, etc. were raised.
