Professional achievements
A graduate of the Faculty of Economics of Sumy State University. Specialization “Project Management”. In 2021, she completed postgraduate studies at Sumy State University and received the degree of Doctor of Philosophy, field of knowledge – “Management and Administration”, specialty – “Management”.
Davlikanova has been a participant of many delegations from Ukraine and international scientific conferences, including in Belgium, USA, Poland, Germany, Moldova and the United Kingdom. She completed a short-term study at Linköping University in Sweden.
She managed international projects for more than twelve years working in international organizations – National Democratic Institute and Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung. Received grants from the Airey Neave Trust, the Institute for Real Growth and Oxford Said Business School; cooperated with international organizations – United Nations Development Program (UNDP Ukraine), UN Women, NDI, GIZ and others. She is and initiator and coordinator of the project on the introduction of a dual form of education in Ukraine; co-author of the amendments to the Laws “On Education” and “On Higher Education”, the Dual Education Concept, Typical Provisions and Contract for dual studies, annual reports for the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine based on the results of the pilot project, which is implemented in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Education and Culture of Ukraine dated 15.10.2019 No. 1296 “Regarding the introduction of a pilot project in institutions of professional pre-higher and higher education for the training of specialists under a dual form of education”.
