Zamora Oksana

Ph.D., associate professor

Dr. Zamora is an Associate Professor at the Department of International Economic Relations of Sumy State University (Ukraine). She combines experience in project design and management, as well as in digitally enhanced education in both academic and non-governmental sectors. Ms. Zamora has contributed to the development of the Concept of the Future University of Ukraine by the Ukrainian Institute of Future, having worked on internationalization issues. She has participated in more than 30 training programs from Erasmus+, Youth in Action, FAP (USA), British Council, and EBRD and since 2015 has participated in several projects related to digital skills of youth, adults and refugees. She works as a chair of the Advisory Committee of the “Architecture for Unified Regional and Open digital ecosystems for Rural Areas Large scale application” (AURORAL) project, HORIZON 2020 Programme (2021-2025) and a member of a working group of the COST Action “Work inequalities in later life redefined by digitalization” (DIGI-net) CA21107.

Ms.Zamora is a reviewer at several journals, e.g. the “Comunicar” (Q1 in Education and Communication in Scopus and WoS, Spain) or Revista de Comunicación (Peru). She serves as a non-formal education trainer for NGOs and international development coach for HEIs.

Her research interests include digitally enhanced learning, internationalisation of HEIs, international economic affairs, grant-funded projects, and non-formal methods of education.

She is a co-founder and a president of the “Association of Project Managers of Ukraine” (APMU) and a project manager of the NGOs “Council of Young Scientists”, “Lifelong Learning Center” (Sumy), “Women InterAction” (Rivne).

  • A graduate of the Faculty of Economics and Management of Sumy National Agrarian University. Master’s degree in “Management of Foreign Economic Activity”, diploma with honors, 2006.
