On March 21, 2026, students of the group MEV-51 Boronina Bohdana and Lakhtaryna Natalia took part in the XVII Student Conference “First Step into Science”, where they presented theses dedicated to the issues of post-war reconstruction and development.
Within the framework of the conference, theses were presented on the following topics:
“Research on the world experience of ensuring sustainable development of regions in the process of post-war reconstruction”, where the international experience of restoring regions and ensuring economic stability was considered;
“Analysis of cases of post-war reconstruction of countries of the world”, in which successful examples of post-war reconstruction of states were analyzed. Their comparative analysis was carried out and the main lessons that can be used for the reconstruction of Ukraine were identified. Special attention was paid to the role of international aid, state policy and investment in the restoration processes. The study was carried out within the framework of the research project “Fundamental principles of sustainable and inclusive development of regional space for post-war recovery in the conditions of digital transformation” (No. d/r 0125U001620, 2025-2027).
