Chayen Samuel Chaim

Green Parliament, Jerusalem, Israel. He teaches the disciplines “Diplomatic Protocol and Etiquette” and “Fundamentals of Diplomacy and Diplomatic Work” at the Department of International Economic Relations

In 1989 Samuel graduated from the Faculty of Natural Sciences at the University of Tel Aviv (Israel). In 2011 he defended his thesis on “Environment, Society and Economy in the Philosophy of Rabbi Samson Raphael Hirsch and Dr. Isaac Brewer.”

Samuel Chayen started cooperating with Sumy State University in 2014. He taught courses for students of Economics and Medicine. His research interests include resource conservation, alternative energy, health economics. He actively participates in scientific work with students.

Since 2018 he has been a Professor at the Department of International Economic Relations.
