Representatives of the project working group took part in the conference, including: Olena Kasian, CEO of OK Town (Ukraine), with the presentation “Sustainable Development of Small Tourism Enterprises in Spain: Management Approaches and Adaptation Potential for Ukraine”; Karina Taraniuk, PhD in Economics, Associate Professor, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Management at Sumy State University, with the presentation “European Experience in the Transformation (Reengineering) of Green Tourism Business Processes”; Leonid Taraniuk, Doctor of Economics, Professor, Professor of the Department of International Economic Relations at Sumy State University, Visiting Research Fellow at Vytautas Magnus University (Lithuania), with the presentation “Examples of Successful Green Tourism Practices in the European Union and Ukraine”. Invited guests also included Kostiantyn Dudko, Executive Director of Deutsche Perspektive e.V. (Dortmund, Germany), as well as representatives of the following Ukrainian and EU institutions, organizations: Enerhiina Ukraina (Kyiv); Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University; Kremenchuk Mykhailo Ostrohradskyi National University; Urban Reform (Vinnytsia); Velyka Pysarivka Young Naturalists Station of the Velyka Pysarivka Settlement Council (Sumy region); Ivan Franko National University of Lviv; CSUN (Germany); University of Padua (Padua, Italy); Novoodesa City Council; BVUFSFJ e.V. Following the presentations, an active discussion took place regarding the possibilities of implementing European green tourism practices in the wartime and post-war reconstruction of Ukraine’s tourism sector. A number of proposals for such implementation were developed.
