Sumy State University Representatives Participated in International Project Meeting at Universidad Politécnica de Valencia

On June 19–20, 2025, representatives from Sumy State University took part in the 2nd Transnational Project Meeting of the Erasmus+ project “An Integrated Model for Strategic Excellence in Higher Education Institutions” (IMAP4U, 2024-1-TR01-KA220-HED-000251854), held at the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia, Campus de Alcoy, Spain.

Sumy State University was represented by Oksana Zamora, PhD in Economics, Associate Professor of the Department of International Economics, a project coordinator from SumDU, and Olha Liuta, PhD in Economics, Associate Professor and Head of the Center for Quality Assurance in Higher Education at SumDU.

The meeting, hosted by the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia, brought together project partners from across Europe to discuss the progress and next steps of the IMAP4U project. The two-day agenda included a review of project achievements since the first meeting, updates on work packages, and presentations of workshops conducted by the partner institutions. Special attention was given to the preparation of project reports and planning of future activities, including upcoming trainings and intellectual outputs.

Participants had the opportunity to exchange experiences and ideas on strategic development and quality assurance in higher education, strengthening international collaboration and sharing best practices. The meeting concluded with a feedback session and a discussion of the timeline for the next project stages.

The active involvement of Sumy State University’s team in this international initiative highlights the university’s commitment to advancing educational quality and fostering global partnerships in higher education.
