From 5 – 9 February, 2024, team member of the EU Erasmus+ program project on the topic “Implementation of European Union mechanisms for combating modern challenges and threats ” (101085700 – IMEU – ERASMUS-JMO-2022-HEITCH-RSCH) phd of economics, assoc. prof., associate professor of international economic relations department Marуna Domashenko took part in a scientific and educational internship organized by a scientific and technical organization Teadmus OÜ (Tallinn, Estonia) and Bielsko Biala University of Applied Sciences (Bielsko Biala, Poland), on the topic: «Exchange of experience in the research and organization of the educational process (active teaching methods, e-learning and practical studying) in law, economics and management and grant possibilities of them financing – experience in different countries» (Tallinn, Estonia).
The internship included the following modules:
Module 1 (10.11.2023-09.12.2023). Research process in law, economics and management. Estonian experience.
Module 2 (10.12.2023-09.01.2024). Organization of research in law, economics and management with students, including active teaching methods. Estonian experience.
Module 3 (10.01.2024-09.02.2024). Research and organizing the educational process in law, economics and management (active teaching methods, e-learning and practical studying), possibilities of financing of the universities projects. Exchange of experience in different countries.
Total duration: 180 hours = 6 ECTS credits.
During the final offline part of the internship (from 5 – 9 February, 2024), Domashenko M.D. presented a report on the topic: “Exchange of experience during the implementation of the Erasmus + program project ” Implementation of European Union mechanisms for combating modern challenges and threats” (101085700 – IMEU – ERASMUS-JMO-2022-HEI-TCH-RSCH) (2022-2025) “, during which presented the results of the first year of project implementation.
The main results of the internship: obtaining new knowledge and skills regarding the organization of the educational process in European countries; acquiring practical skills regarding active learning methods, e-learning and gamification in the educational process; obtaining new knowledge about the possibility of financing university projects by the European Union; presentation of the results of the first year of implementation of the Erasmus + program project ” Implementation of European Union mechanisms for combating modern challenges and threats ” (101085700 – IMEU – ERASMUS-JMO-2022-HEI-TCH-RSCH) (2022-2025)”.
We sincerely thank the organizers for the opportunity to gain invaluable experience in the organization of active learning methods, in the preparation of grant applications that would be financed by the European Union, and for interesting material for discussion.
