On March 18-19, Tetiana Kurbatova, an associate professor of the International Economic Relations Department, participated in the training program “Career Development Within and Beyond Academia” at the British Academy. The training was organized by the Careers Research and Advisory Centre “Vitae”, which is a world leader in supporting the professional development of researchers. The two-day training program allowed participants to deepen their knowledge regarding career drivers, skills and competencies, formation of a research and professional profile, and career development opportunities in academic institutions and outside them.
