July 7, 2026, partners of the Erasmus+ funded IMAP4U Project (An Integrated Model for Strategic Excellence in Higher Education Institutions) successfully gathered for a pivotal working meeting to mark a major milestone in the project lifecycle. Sumy State University was represented by the project team: Dmytro Tsyhaniuk and Oksana Zamora.
During the project meeting partner institutions discussed the latest version of the IMAP4U digital platform and management information system. Built on comprehensive diagnostic research and user feedback, this updated system seamlessly integrates strategic planning, performance measurement, quality assurance, and performance-based budget allocation into a single unified framework.
With the deployment of the finalized platform, the project officially transitions into its active dissemination stage. Over the coming months, project partners will launch a series of interactive webinars, and will hold an expert panel discussion and an international summit. These events are designed to share best practices, engage policy makers and university leadership, and demonstrate how the IMAP model reduces discrepancies between strategic intent and realized institutional outcomes. Stay tuned to our official website for upcoming event registrations and platform demo announcements!
