Topics to be discussed:
Digital skills development: Overview of our innovative toolkit for mentors. Find out how this toolkit is ready to change how mentors work with people with migrant or refugee status, creating the basis for digital skills development and integration.
Conclusions from the testing: Be a part of this journey as we share the learning concepts that were key in our successful pilot cases. We will show how these training materials have already been used in Poland, Italy and Germany, where women with migrant or refugee status have been trained in basic and advanced digital skills. Also, learn about the additional methodological material developed to support mentors who support this noble process.
“Getting to know” mentors: Dive into a conversation about the developed profile of potential mentors. Gain insight into the qualities that make a mentor exceptional and helpful and the impact they can create.
What’s next: We are not just presenting a toolkit; we are building a bridge to the future. Join us as we dive deeper into the next steps, revealing a vision for how these materials will continue to improve and be supported by multipliers and stakeholders.
