Vladyslav Dibrova, a graduate student of the Department of International Economic Relations of Sumy State University, completed the training of trainers of the Basic Training of the Youth Worker program
Basic training is the first training level of the Youth Worker program.
The Youth Worker program is a state non-formal education program implemented by the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine together with the All-Ukrainian Youth Center with the support of the United Nations Development Program since 2014.
The training consisted of two stages:
– Online training, which was held in the second half of October 2023.
– A 3-day offline training in Kyiv in November.
A prerequisite for participation was the successful completion of the first stage of training.
After successful completion of the training (completion of more than 90% of the tasks) and independent conduct of the Basic Training on December 6-8, 2023, accompanied by a mentor trainer, the graduate student of the Department of ICE of Sumy State University received a certificate of the established sample of the graduate of the Training for Trainers of the Youth Worker program, which gives the right to conduct training on the Basic Training program within the framework of the Youth Worker program.
