She has completed internships at educational institutions and financial institutions in Germany, France, Austria, Poland, Israel, Ukraine, including the Trust Operations Department of Deutsche Bank AG, Düsseldorf, Germany, as well as at the Research and Information Center based at the Knesset and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel.

She was awarded diplomas of the management of the Ukrainian Academy of Banking of the NBU, the Department of Education and Science of the Sumy Regional State Administration, the Sumy Regional State Administration, and the Sumy Regional Trade Union Organization of Employees of State Institutions of Ukraine.

Author of more than 150 scientific and methodological works.
