Leonid Taraniuk

Doctor of Economic Sciences (2016, specialty 08.00.04 “Economics and Management of Enterprises – by Types of Economic Activity”), Professor (2016, Professor of the Department of Economics and Business Administration, Sumy State University). His scientific and educational activities focus on international economic activity, Sustainable Development Goals, transformation of business processes in companies, and marketing innovations.

He has professional experience in industrial companies (1998–2004), in university administrative management bodies (2018–2019), and in entrepreneurial activity from 2023 to the present.

Author of more than 260 scientific publications, including papers in international journals indexed in Scopus and Web of Science. Recipient of the President of Ukraine grants for young scientists in 2010 and 2018.

Actively participates in international research and educational projects, collaborates with foreign universities and business organizations, and develops international educational initiatives and research partnerships.

Supervised students participating in conferences, national and international competitions, and Olympiads. Guided prize-winning students of the second stage of the All-Ukrainian Student Olympiads (2017–2019).

Participates in training and certification of researchers as reviewer, opponent, and member of the Specialized Academic Council D 64.050.02 at the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute” (since 2018).

Under his supervision, PhD and Candidate of Economic Sciences dissertations have been defended. Under the scientific care of Taraniuk L. the dissertation for the development of the scientific level of Doctor of Philosophy with specialty 075-“Marketing” was stolen Kobizsky Denis, Sumy state university ; Gritsenko Pavlo Ph.D. specialties 08.00.04 economics and management of enterprises (by types of economic activities), Sumy state university.
