Inna Koblianska: PhD in Economics (2011, speciality 08.00.06 “Environmental Economics and Environmental Protection”), Associate Professor (2017). Her scientific and educational activities are focused on international economics, the sustainable development of socio-economic systems, the digital transformation of the economy, innovative entrepreneurship, and the circular economy.
She has experience in business organizations (2007), local governments (2011-2012). Experience in higher education institutions:
- March 2026 – present: Head of the Department of International Economic Relations, Sumy State University
- September 2023 – March 2026: Associate Professor and Deputy Head of the Department for International Affairs, Department of Economics, Entrepreneurship and Business Administration, Sumy State University
- September 2012 – August 2023: Associate Professor of the Department of Economics and Entrepreneurship named after Professor I.M. Briukhovetsky, Sumy National Agrarian University
Author of more than 180 scientific papers, including publications in international journals indexed in Scopus and Web of Science. Laureate of the Prize of the President of Ukraine for Young Scientists (2019). Consultant, agricultural expert-advisor on economics (since 2018)
She actively participates in international research and educational projects, cooperates with foreign universities and business organisations, and develops international educational initiatives and research partnerships.
