Maryna Domashenko is a PhD in Economics (2011, specialty 08.00.04 “Economics and Management of Enterprises (by Types of Economic Activity)”, PhD diploma No. 012090 dated March 1, 2013), Associate Professor (since 2019, Department of International Economic Relations, Associate Professor certificate No. 000565, February 1, 2018).
Her scientific and educational activities focus on international economic relations, environmental and economic security, sustainable development, energy efficiency, development of alternative energy sources, and resource conservation.
Teaching Experience:
2012–2014 — Assistant, Department of Economic Theory, Sumy State University
2014–2015 — Senior Lecturer, Department of Economic Theory, Sumy State University
Since 2015 — Associate Professor, Department of International Economic Relations, Sumy State University
Author of more than 250 scientific and methodological publications, including papers indexed in Scopus and Web of Science. Participant of more than 30 international scientific conferences held in Estonia, Moldova, Poland, Finland, Armenia, India, Morocco, Israel, and other countries.
Actively participates in international and national research projects, including Erasmus+ (Jean Monnet) programs aimed at studying European integration, industrial development, and mechanisms to counter modern global challenges and threats.
Has participated in research projects devoted to innovative economic development, national economic security, alternative energy development, sustainable development mechanisms, and competitiveness of socio-economic systems.
Actively develops international academic cooperation; completed international internships and academic mobility programs in Estonia, Poland, Turkey, the Czech Republic, and Israel.
In 2017, received an ECL Authorised Exam Centre certificate (English language, B2 level), confirming a sufficiently high level of foreign language proficiency.
