We kindly invite you to the Women in Science virtual panel discussion that will take place on 26 November at 6:00 pm CET. The panelists will share their experiences and discuss pathways and challenges for women in research in different regions and contexts.
The panel will be moderated by Mary Namukose, an experienced moderator and facilitator from Uganda with a background in Aquatic Sciences.
Speakers:
Oriana Trejo Alvarez, originally from Mexico, is a physicist and astronomer, as well as a science communicator. She has extensive experience in scientific communication, management and institutional linkage. Oriana was part of the Falling Walls Engage Programme.
Taiga Brahm holds the Chair for Economic Education at the University of Tuebingen since October 2016. Since September 2024 Taiga Brahm has been the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences in dual leadership. She was part of the Fast Track Programme by the Bosch Foundation.
Svitlana Tarasenko, Associate Professor at Sumy State University, Ukraine. She specializes in international business, technologies diffusion, industrial policy, AI integration in higher education and industry.. Svitlana was part of the Vidnova Programme.
The panel discussion is organized as activity of Science Cluster Bosch Alumni Network.
