The International Economic Relations Department of SSU organized a career guidance event “An Hour with students of International Economic Relation” in English

On March 31, 2021, the lecturers of the International Economic Relations Department of SSU organized an online career guidance event “An Hour with students of International Economic Relation” in English.

Despite the quarantine restrictions, the International Economic Relations Department of SSU continues active career guidance work. Lecturers of the department organized an event “An Hour with students of International Economic Relations” to organize the vacation time of Sumy pupils for the benefit and inform potential students with the specifics of the department, its international opportunities and human resources.

The event was online in the form of short speeches by speakers:

– Zhuravka Fedir Oleksandrovych, Doctor of Economics, Professor of the International Economic Relations Department. The topic of the speech: “Investments and investing. How to make your money work for you ”;

– Zamora Oksana Mykhailivna, PhD in Economics, Associate Professor of the International Economic Relations Department. The topic of the speech: “How to squeeze the international maximum out of your student life?”;

– Kotenko Olexander Olexandrovich, PhD in Economics, Senior Lecturer of the International Economic Relations Department. The topic of the speech: “Why the US Dollar is so cool or why we need currency?”.

The event was in the form of a conference in English, where each participant could comment on information and ask questions.

It is also worth noting that such an event should take the career guidance work of the department to a fundamentally new level, as it will be posted on the departmental channel on YouTube, and therefore it can be joined by students who could not attend at the time for various reasons.

Besides, interesting gifts were raffled off during such an event.

The organizing committee of the event would like to thank the speakers, guests and all colleagues involved.

We hope that the project “An Hour with students of International Economic Relations” in the future will be interesting for young, ambitious people and will become a good tradition of the International Economic Relations Department.
