During a working visit to the United States, Head of the Department of IER Yuriy Petrushenko met in Washington with researcher Olena Davlikanova, who previously worked at the Department of International Economic Relations at Sumy State University and is currently a visiting expert at the Center for European Policy Analysis in Washington, DC. She provides an analysis aimed at informing American society about the course of the war launched by Russia in Ukraine.
