The team behind the Erasmus+ international project CLOUD HED, partnered with the Department of International Economic Relations, has released its latest Newsletter.
As the project approaches its final weeks, the consortium has opened access to a suite of practical resources designed for students, educators, and higher education leaders working amidst crisis, displacement, and systemic disruption.
Highlights of this edition include:
- Student & Educator Toolkits: Guidance on crisis-sensitive teaching, supporting learner engagement, and maintaining educator wellbeing.
- Psychological Skills Library: Practical activities for stress regulation, self-care, communication, and emotional resilience.
- Institutional Resilience Resources: Practical recommendations for university management on crisis governance and coordination.
- Teaching in Low-Resource Environments: Case studies and strategies for teaching without reliable connectivity, power, or infrastructure.
- Interactive Tools: A decision-making simulation for teachers, “From Shock to Stability,” alongside an interactive weekly planner.
Additionally, an open-access edited volume, “Higher Education in Times of War and Crisis,” is scheduled for publication on October 19, 2026.
