Winning the Erasmus+ competition of the National Erasmus+ Agency of Romania

From September 2024, the Department of International Economic Relations, in collaboration with the Department of Germanic Philology, will embark on an new project titled "Digitally-Enhanced Foreign Language Education for Active European Citizenship and Democratic Culture" (ENLACED), funded by the Erasmus+ National Agency in Romania under the KA2 strategic partnerships in higher education, this initiative has achieved top marks, scoring 88 points, making it the highest-rated project in the KA220-HED round. The project is set to revolutionize the way foreign languages are taught and learned, focusing on fostering active citizenship and a culture of democracy within higher education. Working together with institutions from Romania, Bulgaria, Poland, and Spain, our university is proud to be part of this international effort that aims to reshape the educational landscape across Europe.
