PhD student of the Department of International Economic Relations took part in an event dedicated to launching cooperation in science and innovation within the 100-year UK–Ukraine Partnership

On May 20, 2025, PhD student Tetiana Perederii took part in an event dedicated to launching cooperation in the fields of science, technology, and innovation within the framework of the UK–Ukraine 100-Year Partnership, which was held at the British Academy in London. The event was attended by Oksen Lisovyi, Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine; Yevhen Kudriavets, First Deputy Minister; Lord Vallance, UK Minister for Science, Research, and Innovation; as well as representatives of both governments, the academic community, and the innovation sector. The aim of the event was to establish effective collaboration between key stakeholders, facilitating knowledge exchange and strengthening cooperation between the scientific communities of the United Kingdom and Ukraine. As part of the event, Tetiana Perederii, together with colleagues from Sumy State University and the University of Liverpool, presented the results of their inter-university partnership under the UK–Ukraine Twinning Initiative. This initiative plays a key role in supporting sustainable academic exchange and fostering long-term collaboration between Ukraine and the United Kingdom.
