“Time flies fast, and we all change, change locations, and environments, and take bold and important steps that lead us to a happy future. But something remains the same – our first step into adulthood is our Alma Mater.
Our university is our first conscious choice. And it is important to return to the roots at least once in a while, to look back at our beginnings. Exactly 5 years ago, I congratulated the staff and students on their 70th anniversary, when I was a student and an active member of the student self-government. Over these 5 years, I have grown professionally, completed my master`s degree, entered a postgraduate program, and managed to work as a lecturer, all within my university. Later, thanks to the knowledge and skills I gained, I confidently continued my studies at the University of Zurich (Switzerland). All this is thanks to the support of the lecturers, their work and their attention to each student, thanks to the head of my department, thanks to the senior management of the university, thanks to their daily work, which provides knowledge and motivates professional growth and development.
I am grateful for the knowledge I have gained, grateful for the help, for the support, for every grade and every feedback that made me think, change, and become a better version of myself. I am also grateful to the university for my environment because it just so happens that most of my friends have been with me since my university days. I am grateful for the brightest student life, and I do not exclude the possibility that Sumy State University may become a part of my professional life.
Sumy State University – prosper and remain the best University!”
