Participants explored modern approaches to project organisation, practical project management tools, problem analysis methods, and the specifics of managing projects in rapidly changing and highly uncertain environments.

Special attention was also given to how project management competences can be valuable for specialists in international economic relations, particularly in the areas of international cooperation, management of international initiatives, digital transformation, and intercultural projects.

The event was attended by students of the “International Economic Relations” educational programme, as well as lecturers from the ARI BEM and the Faculty of Electronics and Information Technologies. The lecture became an opportunity to gain insights into practical aspects of modern IT project management and the role of international professional communities in shaping the global labour market.
