TOGETHER WITH INDUSTRY LEADERS: STUDENTS AND TEACHERS AT THE FORBES DEVELOPMENT 2026 CONFERENCE

On June 11, 2026, senior lecturer, associate professor, Ph.D. in economics Viktoriіa Shcherbachenko, senior lecturer, Ph.D. in economics, Hanna Filatova and first-year students Yulia Tarasenko, Bohdan Kryvych (specialty C1 Economics and International Economic Relations (by specialization)), Anatoly Sytnikov and Mykhailo Hryshchenko (specialty D5 Marketing) took part in the large-scale industry conference Forbes Development 2026, dedicated to the next city, territory and investment development of Ukraine. The event took place in Kyiv and brought together developers, architects, investors, business representatives and government agencies.

Forbes Development 2026 is the first platform for discussing the strategic tasks of the probable probabilities that will determine the spatial and economic development of Ukraine in the coming years. The focus of the discussions was on the issues that today are the places of concentration of people, capital and new construction.

During the conference, the participants discussed a number of topical topics, including:

  • the new demographic map of Ukraine and its impact on the real estate market;
  • urban planning reforms and transformations of the regulatory environment;
  • competition of territorial communities for investments, human capital and business;
  • the role of the state in forming favorable conditions for the development of regions;
  • new mechanisms for generating profit and capital in the context of economic transformation.

Participation in such events will improve the formation of professional training of teachers and future specialists in international economic relations and marketing, the development of analytical thinking and strengthening the connection between university education and the needs of the economy.
