A PhD student of the Department of International Economic Relations became a
scholarship holder of the prestigious program named after Lane Kirkland in the
2024/2025 academic year.
Scholarship program named after Lane Kirkland, introduced by the Polish-
American Freedom Foundation and the Leaders of Change Foundation, is aimed at
the individual and scientific development of young leaders from Eastern Europe,
the South Caucasus, and Central Asia, who are interested in the development of
democracy, economy and society in their regions. Graduates of the program are
current members of governments, well-known public figures, and top managers of
international corporations.
Within the framework of the Program, scholarship holders undergo a free two-
semester study at a higher education institution in one of the four academic centers
of the Republic of Poland (the cities of Warsaw, Wroclaw, Krakow, and Lublin), a
minimum two-week internship in governmental and non-governmental institutions,
initiate their projects or conduct scientific research under the guidance of
experienced Polish specialists and scientists.

on this success and wishes her new scientific achievements.
