Attending the public lecture of the Chief Executive of the UK Climate Change Committee

Tetiana Kurbatova, an associate professor of the International Economic Relations Department, attended a lecture by Chris Stark ‒ the Chief Executive of the UK Climate Change Committee, held on November 8 at the University of Sussex. The lecture was devoted to the problems of global climate change and the UK’s path to carbon neutrality.
After the lecture, a discussion occurred under which the directions of the UK’s climate policy, progress in reducing greenhouse gas emissions and the challenges of achieving climate neutrality goals were discussed.
