The final lecture series, “Convergence of Science and Business: The Experience of the European Union,” continues within the framework of the Jean Monnet Module 101126918 – RPBAs – ERASMUS-JMO-2023-HEI-TCH-RSCH, “Architectonics of Research, Production and Business Associations: Markers of Post-war Reconstruction of Ukraine with European Values.”
The series has a practical focus and explores opportunities for cooperation between science and business based on the experience of the European Union. Particular attention is paid to the marketing aspects of scientific knowledge commercialisation, mechanisms of interaction between research institutions and businesses, and the development of effective partnerships to foster innovation.
A key focus of the lectures is the recognition of science–business cooperation as an essential prerequisite for innovation-driven development. Effective interaction between researchers, entrepreneurs, and other participants in the innovation ecosystem helps transform scientific ideas into marketable products and services, generate added value, and commercialise research results.
Studying European experience in this field is particularly important for Ukraine, as strengthening partnerships between science, production, and business is a vital component of the country’s innovative recovery and its further integration into the European research and economic area.
