Participation of team member of the EU Erasmus+ program project «Implementation of European Union mechanisms for combating modern challenges and threats» and students of the specialty international economic relations and tourism business and hospitality industry in the Polish-Ukrainian Conference “Strategic partnership: deepening of Polish-Ukrainian relations in the European context”

On April 24, 2024, team member of the EU Erasmus+ program project on the topic ” Implementation of European Union mechanisms for combating modern challenges and threats ” (101085700 – IMEU – ERASMUS-JMO-2022-HEITCH-RSCH) PhD of economics, assoc. prof., associate professor of international economic relations department Marуna Domashenko a and students of groups Me-01a, Me-02a.an, MEВ-21, MEВ-31 majoring in international economic relations and groups T-21, T-21-3 majoring in tourism business and hospitality industry took part in the Polish-Ukrainian Conference “Strategic partnership: deepening of Polish-Ukrainian relations in the European context”. The organizer of the event is the NGO “Institute of Economic Research and Political Consultations” (IED) and the Warsaw Institute of Entrepreneurship (WEI).

During the conference, they discussed the future of the European Union with Ukraine, the role of Polish-Ukrainian cooperation, Poland’s experience and lessons from Poland’s integration into the EU and their significance for Ukraine, as well as ways to strengthen economic and political cooperation between Poland and Ukraine.

The conference was held in three sessions.

  1. “The future of the European Union with Ukraine: challenges and advantages”
  2. Learning from the Polish experience: politics, adaptation and growth in the EU”.
  3. Creating a framework for cooperation: politics, business and innovation
