A debate on the topic: “European practices of green tourism and their transformation in the conditions of the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine” within the framework of the EU Erasmus+ Jean Monnet program project (Module) (#101126971 – Green tourism – ERASMUS-JMO-2023-HEI-TCH-RSCH ).

On May 7, 2024, a debate was held on the topic: “European practices of green tourism and their transformation in the conditions of the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine” as part of the implementation of the EU Erasmus+ Jean Monnet program project (Module) (#101126971 – Green tourism – ERASMUS-JMO-2023-HEI -TCH-RSCH – “European practices of green tourism and its transformation in the conditions of the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine”).

The opening speech was given to the head of the OK-TOWN tourism platform Olena Kasyan, professor of the Department of International Economic Relations of Sumy State University, and project manager Leonid Taraniuk.

Topics related to European experience in the field of green tourism were discussed. The participants of the debate expressed their ideas and shared their experiences and proposals regarding the transformation of green tourism and the integration of its best European practices in Ukraine.

The target audience was: scientists, students, teachers and young scientists, representatives of local self-government and civil servants, businessmen, representatives of museums and members of territorial communities.
