A series of idea labs as part of Jean Monet`s module on developing professional skills for better employability has concluded

During October-November 2022, a series of 5 online idea labs took place as part of Jean Monnet`s module “The EU Experience for Increasing Youth Employment through Vocational Skills Development”.
The facilitator of the events was PhD, associate professor of the Department of International Economic Relations of Sumy State University Oksana Zamora, president of the Association of Project Managers of Ukraine.
During the laboratories, project products were presented (the developed MOOC, and study course materials for students and postgraduates), and after the presentation of EU grant opportunities for professional and organizational development within the EU financial period 2021-2027, live communication took place. The participants were interested in the possibilities of obtaining grants for their ideas and needs,
as well as the needs of their organizations, as well as examples of financed projects, what are the specific conditions for various competitions, and what are the trends in terms of specific funding programs.
The facilitator invited participants to visit pages/chats of social networks, which she regularly replenishes with grant opportunities on a volunteer basis (Facebook group of the Association of Project Managers of Ukraine, Telegram channel of the department, Facebook group and page of the department).
Laboratories were held both with students, graduate students and teachers at Sumy State University and for the general public, for example during the hybrid summer school based in the Czech

University of Life Sciences, where representatives of 4 other Ukrainian universities were present, or during the workshop for Ukrainian refugees based on the Krakow Ignatianum Academy, etc.
The series of laboratories was implemented within the framework of the project “The EU Experience for Increasing Youth Employment through Vocational Skills Development” (SKILLS4JOB), financed by the Erasmus+ program Jean Monnet Module (ERASMUS – JMO -2021-MODULE -SKILLS4JOB-101047867).
