On March 27, students of the 1st year of the “Tourism and Recreation” specialty and students of the 1st-3rd years of the “International Economic Relations” specialty took part in the online master class “Peculiarities of Italian cuisine”. During the event, the President of the U.C.M. Association – Italy “Mediterranean Union of Chefs – Italy” Mr. Paolo Brescia demonstrated his culinary skills and shared his “secrets”. Moreover, students received information about the EuroEst project. This project is designed to help everyone who wants to take the first steps in the hotel and restaurant business, get an excellent base for further development along with discovering the beauty and taste of Southern Italy and at the same time be able to receive a scholarship of at least €500! The practice period is 90 days, participation is free. All travel, accommodation and food expenses are covered by the association.
